I called and Im not sure who I spoke to but they were so kind and helpful with replacing items and such. When I received my food there was a note inside from Pam, the manager, and it was very nice to see someone put forth the effort to solve the issue without a hassle and then leave me a hand written apology in my bag. Pam, you are great and I hope this company does whatever they can to keep you around. You make potentially bad experiences surprisingly pleasant. I appreciate you Pam.
